Refund Policy

REFUND AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

We are aware that different event types and Organizers have different refund policies. As a result, Organizers must accept that MyFiesta possesses the right to give refunds to consumers in cases where events are canceled, and tickets have been paid for.

  • After purchase, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or reimbursed unless the Event is canceled or the user is denied access while abiding by the Event's rules/terms and conditions and location. You are obliged to ensure you abide by all limitations and rules specified by the event organizer and location.
  • If an Event is postponed or canceled, the affected User will be offered (based on availability) Tickets to any rescheduled Event up to the face value of the Tickets (in cases where the price for the rescheduled Event is higher than the Ticket price). Alternatively, if the User cannot attend the rescheduled Event or the Event is not rescheduled, the User will be given a refund for the face value of the Tickets. MyFiesta shall receive written confirmation of all refund requests resulting from rescheduled events at MyFiesta.com no later than the date noted in the notification of the rescheduled Event.
  • If a user complies with the event and venue's restrictions and terms and conditions but is still denied access, they must email MyFiesta within 24 to 48 hours to obtain a refund. Requests submitted after the said date won't be taken into account.

MyFiesta will not look into or honor refund requests made directly to the event organizer or venue, as Event organizers are not allowed to issue refund to users. All refunds are done by the system and Myfiesta.ca. And Refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected]

INITIATING A REFUND REQUEST

After five (5) days have passed since the Consumer's refund request, if the system failed to refund the money or denied it, MyFiesta may, at its sole discretion, process the refund again until it has been received by the consumer.

REFUND POLICIES

In the event that the system fails to pay a refund; The applicable refund policy and/or the minimum requirements outlined above honor a refund that a Consumer believes is due or fulfill its promise to make good in connection with a credit or other accommodation issued to the Consumer, and the Consumer may request that MyFiesta initiate a refund by getting in touch with us. MyFiesta will evaluate the relevant facts and circumstances and, in its sole discretion, decide whether or not the consumer deserves to be refunded. MyFiesta will make an effort to finish its review within forty-five (45) days of the customer's contact. MyFiesta must be able to effectively process the refund to the Consumer's credit card account used for the original transaction if all other requirements are satisfied. MyFiesta might not be able to finish the refund to the Consumer if the bank that issued their credit or debit card rejects the refund. MyFiesta will make all decisions about these Refund Policy Requirements, including without limitation the orders that will be returned and the amount of any refund, in its exclusive discretion. These decisions will be final and binding on both the Organizer and the Consumer.

REFUND POLICIES MUST BE FAIR AND REASONABLE

Suppose a refund policy is not publicized or does not adhere to the minimum standards outlined above. In that case, MyFiesta may (but is under no obligation to) change it to comply with the standards. Such revision may be made by either applying the modified terms retroactively at the time of a dispute, chargeback and/or refund request.

These conditions for the refund and chargeback procedures are not intended to be, and they in no way imply, that any organizer's performance will be guaranteed or assured. Additionally, they do not imply a guarantee that refunds will always be given under any circumstances..
